OCD & Anxiety Therapy for Women
Structured, focused therapy with a clear plan for meaningful change.
If intrusive thoughts or compulsions are central to your experience, you can learn more about OCD therapy. If overthinking, worry, or emotional overwhelm are more prominent, you can explore anxiety therapy.
Traditional weekly therapy can be incredibly helpful. But for many women, therapy can also begin to feel open-ended, repetitive, or disconnected from the changes they're hoping to make in everyday life.
My approach is different.
Rather than simply talking about the same struggles week after week, we work together to identify the patterns keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies for responding differently.
Therapy is structured, focused, and tailored to your unique goals and challenges.
The goal isn't endless insight.
The goal is meaningful change.
Many clients come to this work after years of trying to understand their struggles, only to find themselves caught in the same cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, or emotional exhaustion.
Therapy should do more than help you understand why you're struggling.
It should help you move forward.
Every client begins with a 75-minute Clarity and Strategy Session, where we'll identify what's keeping you stuck and determine the most effective path forward.

Every client begins with a Clarity and Strategy Session.
This 75-minute session is designed to step back, understand the full picture, and identify the most effective path forward before beginning therapy.
During this session, we will:
• clarify what is currently keeping you stuck
• explore your history with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, burnout, or relational patterns
• identify the patterns, challenges, and goals that will guide our work together
• create a focused, structured plan for next steps
This session ensures that our work together is intentional, purposeful, and aligned with what you actually need.

If you're living with OCD or anxiety, you already know how exhausting it can be to navigate intrusive thoughts, constant worry, reassurance seeking, and avoidance.
Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of overthinking, compulsive behaviors, rumination, or fear-driven decision-making.
My approach is grounded in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—two of the most effective, evidence-based treatments for OCD and anxiety.
Rather than endlessly analyzing thoughts, we'll work directly with the patterns that keep anxiety cycles going.
Together, we focus on:
• reducing compulsions and avoidance
• strengthening your ability to tolerate uncertainty
• building psychological flexibility
• responding differently to fear, doubt, and intrusive thoughts
• reclaiming the parts of your life anxiety has been restricting
The goal isn't to eliminate uncertainty or control every thought.
The goal is to help you build a fuller life alongside them.

Midlife can be a time of profound change. For many women, it arrives with a growing awareness that the roles, expectations, and ways of living that once fit no longer do.
This work is designed for women navigating burnout, emotional exhaustion, identity shifts, and the process of reconnecting with their voice, clarity, and direction.
Many of the women drawn to this work are:
• carrying the mental load for entire households
• exhausted from over-functioning in relationships
• navigating anger, resentment, or burnout
• questioning long-standing roles, responsibilities, or expectations
• rediscovering who they are and what they want in midlife
Using the Fire Reclamation Method™, we'll work together to help you reconnect with your values, reclaim your energy, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are now—not who you've been expected to be.
This work focuses on helping you:
• identify the patterns shaping your relationships
• reconnect with your voice, boundaries, and desires
• navigate change with greater clarity and self-trust
• redirect your energy toward the life you want to build
Because meaningful change doesn't begin by abandoning your life.
It begins by re-centering yourself within it.
